My mom is into vitamins and supplements but I dont use them much. So when I got this as a gift. I was a little hesitant to try it, but I am now very glad that I did! Within the first few weeks, I noticed that my hair was healthier and growing much faster than it had before. My nails were also stronger. I have very brittle nails and I play soccer, so this really helped. I would recommend this product for anyone.

After about 3 weeks, I noticed a difference in the elasticity of my hair, and my nails became less brittle. The essential vitamins in this product are biotin, the b vitamins, and the silica. Within a month and a half, I noticed that both my nails, and my hair were growing at a faster rate (most likely due to non-breakage and ceasement of shedding). I loved it, and would highly recommend it to everyone I know.

I saw a difference in my hair (and nails) after using this for only two months. They were stronger and grew faster. Other ingredients in the product may be effective but, I think Biotin is the most important,
