After about 3 weeks, I noticed a difference in the elasticity of my hair, and my nails became less brittle. The essential vitamins in this product are biotin, the b vitamins, and the silica. Within a month and a half, I noticed that both my nails, and my hair were growing at a faster rate (most likely due to non-breakage and ceasement of shedding). I loved it, and would highly recommend it to everyone I know.

I saw a difference in my hair (and nails) after using this for only two months. They were stronger and grew faster. Other ingredients in the product may be effective but, I think Biotin is the most important,
