I have recently started taking these vitamins and they are wonderful. My mom recommended them for me to take and I am glad I took her advice. I have definitely noted that my immune system has definitely strengthened a lot since I began taking these vitamins. They are a great source of all the vitamins that are needed in a simple pill.

I take this product on a daily basis since i don't eat well. I used to get sick a lot and my doctor actually recommended this to me. It has all the main vitamins and minerals we need in the right amount so you don't have to worry about anything if you don't eat well like me! What i really like is that it has vitamin D to help keep my bones healthy.

I took this multivitimin for about two years without question. I thought that it was doing me good to take it but didn't see any noticible changes or results. I decided to stop taking it for a few months and see if I felt any different or like I needed it again. The result was that again, I saw no difference. I've read several articles stating that multivitimins are unnecessary and I'm inclined to agree.

The product does claim to give you your daily serving of a multitude of vitimins which is great.
Cons:
I simply did not feel any different while on or off the product. Nor did I find myself getting sick more / less often. |
