Hi friends, Cod liver oil is a very familiar word for me since my child hood. I still remember those days when my mother used to consume this fish oil with that nasty smell regularly. I think the secret of her health and physical fitness was her regular consumption of cod liver oil. Seven seas is the first company to produce code liver oil.
