After losing a large amount of weight in a short time, one of the side effects I had was slight hair loss. I was told to take this stuff to help prevent future loss, and to help regrow what was lost. I started taking these because I heard it helps your hair grow faster. I had major damage to my hair from highlights and wanted to grow out the damage. I think they are working. My hair stylist said my hair is growing faster then normal. I didnt notice any change in my nails growing faster though.
