I saw that the other reviews addressed to ability of Biotin to improve hair growth. I too had a positive effect on my hair but also noticed an improved energy level. Mostly in increased stamina and ability to maintain energy level.

After losing a large amount of weight in a short time, one of the side effects I had was slight hair loss. I was told to take this stuff to help prevent future loss, and to help regrow what was lost. It definitely helped me stop losing, and I've noticed my hair has gotten a bit back to its natural state. It's not an overnight pill, definitely. But it works.

I started taking these because I heard it helps your hair grow faster. I had major damage to my hair from highlights and wanted to grow out the damage. I think they are working. My hair stylist said my hair is growing faster then normal. I didnt notice any change in my nails growing faster though.
