This is a great product! I like to take fish oil for the skin and heart benefits. It seems when I take my fish oil that my skin is much smoother!

Pros:

It seems to make my skin smoother. I like the fact that it is good for my heart. Also I don't seem to belch up a fishy taste later from this brand.

Cons:

There are no cons for this fish oil in my opinion.

it is an outsatnding multivitamin product which entails every vitamin required by your body. It is working well for me since last two months.
