After reading about the benefits of fish oil I decided that I have to add this into my daily routine.

Pros:

Absolutely essential if your normal intake of fatty fish is not enough.

Cons:

Fish oil sometimes tastes like...fish oil.

This is an all natural fish oil with 360mg EPA/240mg DHA per serving. It really packs a punch of omega-3 fatty acids! Since it's all natural you don't have to worry about mercury or other contaminants
