Great product I would say! Since taking it my skin condition gets improved, and I do feel more energetic than before. Fish Oil is well-known to be good for health since long time ago, and this is certainly a good health supplement that you should try out and consistently taking it to maintain long term health.

This is a great product! I like to take fish oil for the skin and heart benefits. It seems when I take my fish oil that my skin is much smoother!

Pros:

It seems to make my skin smoother. I like the fact that it is good for my heart. Also I don't seem to belch up a fishy taste later from this brand.

Cons:

There are no cons for this fish oil in my opinion.
