If you are anything like me, you drink way too much coffee. Not only is that too much sugar, but all that coffee is just not good for your body. Not to say shooting caffeine pills directly is any healthier, but taking 1 caffeine pill in the morning vs 5 cups of coffee is a reasonable alternative. My teeth will thank me for it years later when they are still white too. Very effective when used correctly and cheap, use ProLab caffeine pills for a great alternative to too much coffee.

Pros:
affordable, effective, healthier than gallons of coffee
Cons:
if used in excess, will cause extreme nervousness and irritability. if you have never gotten uncontrolled shakes before, be careful with caffeine pills the first week or so. |
