Almost the same thing you get from a cup of coffee, only in pill form. Not the best taste in the world. Pretty expensive.

Pros:

Gives a quick coffee-like buzz.
Great for long drive, sports, and working out.

Cons:

Price.
Terrible taste.
The crash when the pills wear off leaves you worse than before.

If you've never had a caffeine enhanced workout it is definitely worth a try. After a day at work this is exactly the boost I need.

Pros:

Almost instant energy boost. Must easier than preparing coffee or tea for a similar dose of caffeine.

Cons:

Getting the right dosage can be difficult as tolerance increases....and getting too high of a dosage is not safe at all.
