If you've never had a caffeine enhanced workout it is definitely worth a try. After a day at work this is exactly the boost I need.

Pros:

Almost instant energy boost. Must easier than preparing coffee or tea for a similar dose of caffeine.

Cons:

Getting the right dosage can be difficult as tolerance increases....and getting too high of a dosage is not safe at all.

I got the same jittery buzz as I get from coffee. I'm not saying its not worth the money, but its a decision over whether you want to swallow or drink your energy. the exact same.
