this has been a staple for all around malise in my family for years, before it became fashionable. i stopped taking it because it always "backed up on me", burps, gas etc. i also think i got the runs from it, but i can't be sure

Pros:

i agree that it is definitely good for you if you can tolerate it.

Cons:

made me burp, bloat, possibly gave me the runs so i switched to fish oil capsules that work much better.

I am using this product from several year because I found this product as a total care kit, It consist of many essential vitamins which are necessary for hair, skin etc.

My younger sister suffer from swelling in legs due to cold.After consulting doctor we have
started giving "COD LIVER OIL" to her.As it provides a rich source of vitamins A, D and E.
Now swelling is coming down,as she is taking proper dosage of cod liver oil.
