I use this religiously and it's helped me a great deal. Like many women, I have too much estrogen. Or rather, too little progesterone. I had symptoms like irregular periods, weight gain, increased appetite and PMS. Pro-G-Yam is what I use to balance my hormones and all those symptoms have gone away or subsided substantially.
