I bought these one time to take as prenatal vitamin supplements. I did not like this brand of prenatals. They caused my stomach to become upset even when I took them with food. I also noticed a strong aftertaste when taking these. I found another brand of prenatal vitamins that work better for me.

I took these vitamins before conception, during pregnancy and well after because I breast fed. I never once got sick from taking them on an empty stomach. They go down easy too. The doctor prescribed them so my insurance covered them so I didnt have to pay the full price.

Cons:

Kind of pricey if you didnt get a prescription for them.
