I took these for about a month. I am an athlete so I was just looking for something to give me more energy. Honestly, I never really felt a difference. I took it faithfully for a while and eventually, I stopped. My dad still takes the ones for men, he has been taking them forever and he really likes them. Maybe it just was not for me.

I started taking this multivitamin when I moved away from home to keep me more energized and healthy. I picked this vitamin because it is designed for woman and it can help the body. However, after about two weeks of taking this vitamin once a day I began getting sick so I discontinued use. I am currently looking for a new vitamin that will not make me sick.

I do not like this product because it made me physically sick. I know you had to eat before taking which I did but I still would get sick about half hour after ingestion. |

This is a good product, I like the fact that it is designed for women with Calcium and iron. This is a trusted brand and so I'm confident that they are maintaining good quality control and the vitamins will be effective.

Pros:
Trusted brand, so I'm confident that I'm getting the right mix of vitamins. I like that they are focused on women's issues with vitamin D for breast health.
I like that they support breast cancer research for women.
Cons:
These vitamins are a little big for me. |
