I bought this because I saw the great commercials, and thought it would be nice to try a new vitamin. It didn't really seem to boost my metabolism, but then I'm skeptical of such claims.

Pros:
It was easy to take, had no taste, did give me other vitamin levels that were good.
Cons:
I found out, after buying and taking, that the company who sells this vitamin was actually sued by the FDA for unsubstantiated claims of weight loss. So I probably wouldn't recommend it. |
