There are so many bonuses for taking this product. I have more energy, increased stamina, even seem to digest my food better!
I was having a hard time processing iron and proteins. My anemia seems to be lessening monthly.

Pros:
Its time released, so your energy level seems to be more even. Only one tablet a day.
Cons:
It's a bit hard for me to swallow but that’s because I prefer softgels. |
