There is lots of research about the benefits of cranberry. Since I'm not a big fan of cranberry I prefer the pill form over the real thing.

Pros:
It is suppose to help with Uterine trac infections and I have great sucess when using it so far. I highly recommend it.
Cons:
The only problem I have with this product is the availablity. As for the product I have no complains |
