My wife has taken Stuart Prenatal Vitamins for each of her pregnancies, both before and after, and they have helped her with the additional nutrition she needs to care for the baby before the birth, and then herself, after the birth. It has been a good product for us.

It doesn't taste bad.
Cons:
Its a little bit expensive, but preganacy doesn't happen every day :-) |
