I tried One a Day Women Vitamins because I wanted to be healthy by taking vitamins. I liked that the product said it was good for breast health and strong bones since there is a trend of breast cancer in my family. However, after a week or two of taking the vitamin once a day at breakfast, it made me sick. Unless ate a very large breakfast I would get sick after taking the pill so I discontinued use.
