This is a great vitamin that was recommended by my ob and then by our pediatrician. He said that studies show children whose mother's took this had an IQ increase of about 3 points. That is great! I love helping my child get ahead in any way I can!

This is a great product that was recommended to me from my obstetrician. I coupled it with an over-the-counter prenatal multivitamin and didn't need any other supplements pre- or post-pregnancy. The supplement comes in softgel form that is easy to swallow and taste free, unlike many DHA/fatty acid supplements that leave a fishy aftertaste. This fatty acid supplement is proven effective for your baby's eye and brain development. Since it does not use a fish source for the product, you don't have to worry about unapproved mercury levels affecting the baby negatively. You only need one a day which is great too.
