I use to buy this in tea form but I prefer this better. I use it when I feel congested during winter months, as it is suppose to boost immunity and help when coughs.

Pros:
The product has many other other benefits besides immunity it also helps with some womanly illness such as menopause.
Cons:
I wouldn't recommened this product mainly because it can intereact with other perscription medicines |
