I have to take calcium supplements but I had a hard time ingesting the regular, over the counter products. It was suggested I try Dr. Christopher's Herbal Calcium, which I did. I was suprised that I had no trouble taking these calcium capsule. I've used them for about two months now and am pleased with the results.
