Amazing Product. This product was recommended to me by a local health food store manager. I told her I was interested in losing weight. She advised that I start with this product. It add fiber, as well as natural sources of Omega-3, Lignans, Amino Acids, Trace Vitamins and Minerals to my diet. I take approximately 1/4 tsp. a day mixed with yogurt.
