The beginning of the year I decided to lose weight & I needed some vitamins. I searched online for good vitamins that weren't very expensive. I've been using this product for almost a year & I was told by my Dr. it is a recommended supplement.

Folic acid is a vital supplement that makes new cells, but our body doesnt store folic acid. Thus , folic acid is given to pregnancy or even before pregnancy so that the body acquires enough folic acid for the baby to grow.
It's also stated taking proper folic acid supplement reduces the risk of spinal cord problems in babies. I had taken folic acid during my pregnancy and found it to be very useful and would suggest this for every pregnant women or to women who are planning for conception.
