After having a hysterectomy at a very early age, I have searched high and low for the perfect combination of hormone therapies. I am a long-time user of an estrogen patch, but most Doctors do not even address the issue of balancing estrogen with progesterone and testosterone. Although I already seen a difference in my symptoms, I knew the patch alone was not working well enough.

Pros:

It has been a perfect, natural balance to my already prescribed estrogen therapy. The cream formula is easy to apply and does not get sticky.

Cons:

It is a little pricey.

I use this religiously and it's helped me a great deal. Like many women, I have too much estrogen. Or rather, too little progesterone. I had symptoms like irregular periods, weight gain, increased appetite and PMS. Pro-G-Yam is what I use to balance my hormones and all those symptoms have gone away or subsided substantially. It's also in a nice, silky cream that absorbs quickly and isn't greasy.
