As a cyclist, this is my main energy bar when riding. I usually throw 2 or 3 in my jersey pocket and go.

It is agood and ideal product for person who use to go to gyms. They are the fastest source of energy. However, they don't have a great taste but still have good supplements for your body.

These kind of products are usually very high priced and do not taste good. Also, the Powerbar gel are ideal in gyms where you want to recover your energy.

I guess taste is subjective...but the consistency and taste of these bars is not such that I look forward to eating these. I bought one box and doubt I'll buy another. Good way to get quick calories and protein though.
