I normally hate products like this, because the gyms I have been in are normally flooded with them. They are usually very high priced and do not taste good. Furthermore, the bars usually have no noticeable effect. These bars, however, have the opposite qualities. They are great tasting (with no aftertaste), and they do give me the energy I need before a workout. Best of all, they can benefit either before or after a workout, because they work during the recovery stage as well. While I took them, I usually consumed them upon completing my workout; they were like a treat!
