Great for skin, but lacking for acne

I bought this product after seeing the amazing results and endorsements on the commercials. While I love the feel of my skin after using, I've not seen as much of an improvement as I'd like. I'm an adult with acne and I believe it has helped some, but hasn't completely eliminated it. I had hoped to be able to use Proactiv instead of prescription products.

Pros:

Proactiv leaves your skin soft and smooth. It definitely cleans well, also.

Cons:

It hasn't gotten rid of my acne and the cost is too high for it to not meet it's promises.

Hi there! I started using proactiv after seeing all the commercials about it and how good it worked. I thought i had tried everything and i was just going to have ance forever, so i tried proactiv....
After waiting almost a month for it to come in the mail, i was very excited to use it.
I used it for 2 weeks with no results, i used it exactly the way it said to.
I used it for almost another 2 weeks until i ran out of the product, so almost a month of using this product and still no results.
I called proactiv since they said MONEY BACK GAREUNTEE..well they lied. you dont get your money back.
I am very dissatisfied with this product!

I bought this after seeing the commercials and trying almost everything out there on the market. After trying this for almost a year, I didn't see any results or any less of my acne.

I have been using Proactiv for over a year and a half now and have noticed a few good results, but not perfect glowing skin like the commercials tell you. I do in fact use the system correctly, administering all steps. I tend to have good days/weeks and then my skin suddenly breaks out horribly, usually under stress. Its better than nothing, but I wonder sometimes what else is out there.
