My daughter hates taking any type of vitamin, except this Flinstones product. It has become routine for her to ask me for her vitamin first thing every morning now. I couldn't recommend this more. It's a great vitamin for kids.

My kids absolutely love these things. My older kids even take them, and that includes the big kid I have in my boyfriend. They have a great taste and the kids don't even know they are taking vitamins.

I give these to my 8 and 4 year old children. They ask everyday for their vitamin and sometimes beg for more lol. I have noticed they get less colds in the winter time if I am very strict about giving them out at the same time everyday.

I've read that most vitamins are 'released' from the body without doing much good. That is why our urine changes color after taking vitamins. The body needs certain minerals included in the vitamins in order for most vitamins to do us any good. I stopped buying regular store bought vitamins and went to specialty shops. Evidently Flintstones is out of the Stone Age, because they are now including the minerals. As my son says, "Good job."
