I was recommended to use this product from friends. And while it seems like a worthwhile product that provides the vitamins you need, I think it is a bit on the pricey side and you could find much better alternatives for a better price on the market.

I use this by recommendation of my doctor who said that i need the level of vitamins the Centrum silver provides.I have been taking them for 3 months and I have noticed that I stay longer at the gym without the need of a rest!

Found many other products that I think are better and far cheaper. Just seems to be more of a marketing thing than a real supplement for us older folks.

Centrum Silver 270 Tablets are effective at any age but most suitable for old aged people. If it is taken regularly, any deficiency of nutrients and vitamins in the body will be taken care by Centrum Silver 270 Tablets. I have seen the positive effects of this product on my elder bother who is taking it since last few years and you can match his enthusiasm with that of a teen ager. By seeing my brothers improved personality I am also thinking of trying this product for me.I think this is a great product to live a long life.

I'm not technically old enough for Centrum silver but they were recommended to me by the doctor. I do not need iron in my vitamins and this was the dr's recomendation because of that.
I have taken it for over a year and love it!
