My dad swears by Centrum Silver. He's been taking them for many years...in fact I remember him being very excited when they first came out. Finally a multi vitamin specifically for someone his age. We don't worry much anymore about him not getting the vitamins and minerals he needs because of his love for sweets over veggies. If he misses a few days in a row for some reason (such as being out) he definitely notices a difference.

they are sweeter in taste but are not worth it. It is better to use organic supplements

They taste fine, but I didn't feel any different. I'm sure they work in the long run, but I got tired of waiting for something to happen.

I really like this product because it was designed with the older Generation in mind. As it becomes harder for us to maintain ourselves by living alone we at least have vitamins and such to help us and keep us healthy.
This is a good product.

Pros:

I really like this product because it helps to keep me on my feet. Instead of taking multiple different pills i can just take one of these and im good for the day.

Cons:

The one thing i dislike about this product is that its not all natural as in Organic
