These vitamins are great for those who don’t have a healthy nutrition. I don’t have the time to prepare healthy food every day, because I work so many hours. These vitamins really saved my life! Moreover, their flavour is good.

Amazing for those who dont have time to eat healthy or eat very little. I know that I can rely on this to take me through the day or week if I am on a business trip. Can rely on them.

I'd consider this an average vitamin. It's a bit large to try and take, and I've found totally organic vitamins a lot cheaper. That being said, it does it's job, and it's an ok vitamin. I'd just examine further options before buying it.

Between not taking any multi-vitamin and then taking Centrum with Lycopene for over a year there have been no noticeable differences in my health. Maybe there are things going on under the hood...maybe my diet is nutritious enough as is without needing these.

I am a health professional and I take centrum multivitamin once daily. The pills contain the daily need of the different minerals and vitamins.
