Overall, this is a decent every-day multivitamin. There's nothing too special about it, but not a lot to find fault with, either.

Pros:
This is a pill you take once a day, which is easier, and also a pill that is pretty easy to swallow. It fulfills 100% of the RDV for a lot of important nutrients.
Cons:
I think this product could contain more natural ingredients. |
