Between not taking any multi-vitamin and then taking Centrum with Lycopene for over a year there have been no noticeable differences in my health. Maybe there are things going on under the hood...maybe my diet is nutritious enough as is without needing these.

I am a health professional and I take centrum multivitamin once daily. The pills contain the daily need of the different minerals and vitamins.

Overall, this is a decent every-day multivitamin. There's nothing too special about it, but not a lot to find fault with, either.

Pros:
This is a pill you take once a day, which is easier, and also a pill that is pretty easy to swallow. It fulfills 100% of the RDV for a lot of important nutrients.
Cons:
I think this product could contain more natural ingredients. |
