Whey Protein is one of the most useful products on the market as it is great for use right after workout, due to its quick absorption. It can be also used for breakfast, but might not be the best solution before bedtime as it will feed the muscle tissue throughout the night.

I found this enormous thing online and in a need for a good pack of proteins I decided to buy it.I have been using it for a month and I have to say that it does not differ from other what protein packs I have used.

I've just had weight-loss surgery--gastric bypass, more correctly called roux en Y. The diet I'm on for the first few months does not provide enough protein for healing the surgical wounds, and since my intestines are held together with staples until the wounds totally heal, I choose to supplement the diet with pure protein. This is the supplement I chose. One serving adds very few calories and a lot of protein, with NO carbs and almost no fat, and I am sure it's helping me to heal more quickly.

I purchased this item at Hi Health for around $15 for a 14 oz tub. The flavor i chose was Triple Chocolate, i believe it also comes in vanilla and strawberry. I started taking this along with Weight Gain formula and i did not see the results i wanted.
