I've just had weight-loss surgery--gastric bypass, more correctly called roux en Y. The diet I'm on for the first few months does not provide enough protein for healing the surgical wounds, and since my intestines are held together with staples until the wounds totally heal, I choose to supplement the diet with pure protein. This is the supplement I chose. One serving adds very few calories and a lot of protein, with NO carbs and almost no fat, and I am sure it's helping me to heal more quickly.

I purchased this item at Hi Health for around $15 for a 14 oz tub. The flavor i chose was Triple Chocolate, i believe it also comes in vanilla and strawberry. I started taking this along with Weight Gain formula and i did not see the results i wanted.
