We all know that Omega acid is great for us. A friend of mine recommended this product to me and after taking it all I can say is why haven't I been taking this sooner! Pros:
It is a high-quality fish oil product and has a slight lemon flavor added to it so you don't get that fishy aftertaste you might experience with other omega-3 supplements.
Cons:
This brand is one of the more expensive ones
Omega-3 is a blood thinner, so you may want to stop taking it before having surgery, and you will bruise more easily. |
