The fish oil in this product definitely helped lower my extremely high cholesterol. However, it was very hard to take these because of the taste, smell, and aftertaste that this product produced. Another thing I noticed after taking these pills was that my health improved after a week of using this product. However, I only take these about three times a week because the smell and taste are really bothersome.

Three years ago I had pneumonia and was hospitalized. When I came home I could not get rid of the cough. It persisted for weeks and was not getting any better. A lady from our church told my mother that I should take Fish Oil and Vitamin E. In three days the cough was gone. I always knew natural remedies work, but this was the first time I was sick enough to find out for myself.

Pros:
Works!

Cons:
Breathe smells of the oil for hours later if you don't eat anything.

I tried taking fish oil but couldn't talk myself into it on a regular basis. The taste and smell were just too much for me. Thankfully we discovered Krill Oil. Krill oil digests in the small intestine instead of the stomach so no more fish taste. Yeah! Supplements are only helpful if you actually take them. I seldom did with this one, even though I knew I should.

Price Paid: $15

Pros:
Great health benefits, esp. for heart patients but only if you take it. Looking at it on the shelf each morning simply doesn't count. LOL

Cons:
Awful taste throughout the day, smells horrid too. ;-(

Hi friends, every one of us is familiar with this say "health is a wealth", but forget about it in our day to day busy schedule. Due to our life style and stress generating activities we carry out , we are more prone to health hazards especially heart related ones. As per the available statistical data published by World Health Organization, major concern is about heart related deceases. And the silent assassin is Cholesterol in most of the heart deceases. Most of the meats are source of bad cholesterol but fishes are the source of HDL (good cholesterol) . Fish Oil Omega 3 is the right and most effective medicine to put an end to our concern about high cholesterol level in the blood. We can reduce bad cholesterol level in the blood by continuous consumption of Fish Oil Omega 3 and also to increase the good cholesterol which is very important to maintain a healthy life.Since it is extracted from the fish it is almost natural and does not produce any side effect.
