My doctor recommended I get this type of product when I was found to have high cholesterol. I searched, tried and reviewed other products and this was the only one that did it's job without leaving such a horrible smell of fish when I burped. Great value and does what it says.

Price Paid: $12
Recommend: Yes
Pros:
no fish breath, easy to take, taste is not bad

Cons:
expensive, hard to find

I tried this when I was diagnosed with high cholesterol in my lab test. Like other fish oil, it smells bad, but I just have to force myself to take it in order to improve my cholesterol level. I think it works as my cholesterol level is back to normal now (perhaps some effect from exercise too).

Date Purchased: 2007
Price Paid: $10
Recommend: Yes
Pros:
Helps to improve cholesterol level.
Fairly priced.

Cons:
Smells bad.

Fish oil not only is good for heart health and cholesterol, but it improves your hair and skin as well. This is a good product, and I feel I can trust it to be high quality.

My father uses this product and he told me that it really helped him with his cholesterol problem. The truth is that the fish oil in this product definitely helps lower high cholesterol, although its taste and smell are too bad! I think you should keep your breath and try it!

Date Purchased: January/1009
Price Paid: $11

Pros:
Helps lower cholesterol

Cons:
Very bad smell and taste

I recently added this fish oil supplement to my daily vitamin routine. Although...it's a big one so sometimes I slack off. I have noticed after taking this that I feel an overall sense of health. But it's true; it's a large pill and it IS hard to swallow. I found that I can "break open" the capsules and add it to a shake and it hides the taste a bit. It's a good vitamin.

Price Paid: $10
Recommend: Yes
Pros:
General feeling of better health

Cons:
stinky, large pills
