When I started working in a school, where i had to climb stairs, I felt this excruciating pain in my knee joints. When I consulted my Physician he prescribed Calcium Sandoz. I think calcium is very much required for woman as she has to take care of too many things. After my pregnancy, my doctor advised to take it on a regular basis. It has really helped in keeping fit and energetic for the whole day.
