This cream is very helpful particularly when going through the,"change," PMS, and menstral cycles.The cream also has vitamin E and Aloe in it for addtional benefits.

Pros:
Since using the cream I found it very effective alleviating some symptoms.
Cons:
I don't think that it has a pleasant smell and on hot days its better to use a thin coat on your skin. |
