I've been using Centrum multi-vitamins for some time now. Since I've been using it iv'e had more energy than I had before. It's very helpful for my diet which was lacking in minerals.

Pros:
I trust this brand of multivitamins and they they are availble to buy at markets unlike other brands.
Cons:
I would stick with chewable tables, the pill form that I use is very large and difficult to swallow. |
