ProgestaCare Plus is a natural progesterone replacement (with added natural estrogen) product to help lessen the effects of menopause and irregular periods and PMS. I bought this product for my extreme hot flashes and mood swings brought on by my menopause.
This product really works. It took about two weeks for the product to take effect. It is a cream which is applied at night twice a day at first and then once a day after it has started working. After the two weeks or so my hot flashes had vanished and my mood was greatly improved. I would prefer not having the added estrogens in the product.

Pros:
Easy to use pre-measured pump. Light weight cream which is non-greasy. Very easy to use. Is all natural with no side effects.
The 4oz size lasts about two months.
Cons:
I did not like the added estrogen. The smell gets some getting used to. You have to stop using the product for 5 days a month. |
