For hot flashes associated with menopause, I use a bio-identical progesterone cream, Progonol from Bezwecken. Made from wild yams, its absorbed easily through the skin. If I wake in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep, I rub a small amount on my face and within a few minutes I’m there. It’s a wonder for night sweats as well.
