I purchased these vitamins for my mother because she is pre-menopausal and I wanted her bones to stay strong. She really likes them because they are easy to swallow because of the special coating on them. I have tried them myself, and not only are they easy to swallow, but they have a pleasant vanilla flavor that makes them even easier to take.
They are inexpensive for 60 caplets and can be found easily at your local drug or grocery store. They contain 500mg of calcium plus vitamins D and K. Often times on the Viactive website they have a coupon offer of $1.00 off to make them even cheaper.
