I love this prenatal vitamin! I have two children and took this prenatal before during and after both pregnancies. It is 100% natural and really gentle on your stomach. It even has ingredients to help soothe your stomach, which was really helpful during my firtst trimester of my pregnancies. This is an over the counter vitamin, so I asked my doctor what she thought of it before I started to take it. She gave it the thumbs up as it has all of the required daily amounts of all the vitamins you need when you are pregnant and nursing.
