i have been taking either flax or fish oil supplements for over 2 years. I can't do without it! it makes such a difference in my arthritis in my hips that you would not believe it. oh and the heart and lower cholestrol too. when i miss a day or two i can really tell the difference. oh and it also helps with better memory...i swear by it.
