I have been taking this supplement for over a year now and have yet to have a leg cramp. I used to get leg cramps so often at night that I was almost afraid to go to sleep or even stretch! I have heard that women suffer from night leg cramps more often than men, but I get them too. I placed this under the women's category though, because of the statistics. I would suggest this for any woman or man but especially those who get leg cramps

Pros:
Keeps me from having leg cramps and is relatively cheap at $2.99 for a 100 day supply.
Cons:
The pills are not coated and are rather large, so they can be hard to swallow. |
